The Wulong Karst World Natural Heritage Museum is located at the tourist reception center in Wulong urban area, Chongqing City (diagonally opposite the gas station at the roundabout at the exit of Wulong Expressway). It covers an area of 5800 square meters and is a comprehensive museum integrating popular science education, cultural display, and eco-tourism. The overall style of the museum adopts a design method that combines modern and traditional elements. Through experiential projects such as a flying theater, 5D theater, and VR, it showcases the unique charm of Wulong Karst’s geological landforms and Wulong’s rich historical and cultural heritage. The museum is divided into three floors and has a total of five exhibition halls, namely ‘Thousands of Rocks, Thousands of Faces’, ‘Encounter between Karst and Water’, ‘Cave Exploration’, ‘Creatures Dancing Together’, and ‘Enchanted Wulong’. Each exhibition hall has its unique theme and content. Tourists can comprehensively and multi-angle understand the charm and value of Wulong Karst through various forms such as interactive experiences, multimedia exhibitions, and physical displays.
