It is an all-weather, multi-form, open-style art park, known as Hangzhou’s ‘Budapest’. The core area consists of the main street, waterfront business street, and leisure walkway, forming a hub for the art industry and a new landmark building. The scenic area is based on the colors white, gray, and black, creating a new Jiangnan-style architectural complex. These buildings are well-arranged, resembling a living version of ‘Clear and Distant Mountains and Streams’ from a distance, and many people describe it as a real-life Monument Valley, making it a holy land for photographing artistic architectural groups.
