Xiangshan Yacht Club is located in the eastern part of Xiamen Island, at Xiangshan Sheltered Port, situated in the coastal tourism and sightseeing area, facing the Little Jinmen Island across the sea. To the west lies the International Convention Center and International Tennis Center, to the south is the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center, and directly in front is Taiwan’s Little Jinmen. It is only a 10-minute drive from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport.
According to the planning of the Xiamen Municipal Government, Xiangshan Yacht Club fully utilizes the natural ecology of the coastal area in Xiamen, complementing the nearby International Conference Center, International Convention Center, and International Tennis Center. It integrates the surrounding environment, commerce, and art to introduce a new yachting lifestyle to Xiamen, establishing a maritime-themed coastal city image and creating a truly meaningful yacht city.

Upon completion, it will become one of the largest yacht marinas in Asia and one of the earliest comprehensive tourism real estate projects in Xiamen that integrates leisure, fitness, tourism, office, and shopping. The total investment for the project is estimated to be around 400 million USD, making it a key project in Xiamen and the largest yacht project under construction in Asia.

Xiangshan Yacht Club is developed in two phases. The first phase includes VIP luxury berthing gardens, yacht clubs, yacht sales training centers, yacht marinas, and yacht supporting facilities, with an expected completion by the end of 2009. The second phase consists of hotels and office buildings, with a waterfront commercial street expected to be completed by 2011.
