It covers an area of 22,066 square meters. The original site was farmland and cemetery, among which there was the cemetery of Xue Baocheng, a giant pigment merchant from Jiangyin. The park has both regular layout and natural layout. In the space between the two, hedges are fully utilized for separation, creating an effect of seeming large in a small space.
