Xiangyuan is located at No. 155, Waima Road, Jinping District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province, at the intersection of Waima Road and Gongyuan Road, behind the building of the drawnwork company. It was built in the early 1930s. There are two floors in total, and the building area of the main structure is 1958.01 square meters. The house is exquisitely designed and of good construction quality. The original form of the house, from the exterior to the interior decoration, has been well preserved, which is of great value for studying the architectural culture and construction technology of Shantou City in the 1930s.
