Xianhu Scenic Area is located in the middle section of the northern foot of the Da Nanshan Mountain within Xiancity, 13 kilometers away from the Chaonan urban area. The scenic area contains multiple cultural relics from the late Neolithic Age, as well as the former site of the military camp of the national hero Zheng Chenggong during the late Ming Dynasty. It is surrounded by mountains and water, with beautiful lake and mountain views, and a picturesque natural landscape.
Xianhu Scenic Area features numerous attractions, including: in the East District, there are Tianshan Longquan, Penglai Xianyuan, Caixing Gongzhao, Tianyun Louge, and Dongtian Fudi (Chongde Court); in the South District, there are Nanji Shenghui (Nanchen Palace), Cultural Relics Exhibition Hall, Zheng Chenggong Memorial, Flower Base, and Wan Lei Xian Chang (Release Pond); in the West District, there are Zizhu Linyuan, Bagua Tinglou, Wufo Cibei, Folk Temple Dao, Yaochi Daotan, Nanhai Cihang (Dharma Ship), Fuhai Bridge Pavilion, and Guiyi Hall; in the North District, there are Longhu Men Lake Light, Linmo Saint Temple, Beidou Shouxing (Beidou Palace), Yangyang Leyuan (Welfare Home), and Ancient Cemetery, among others.
