Xianju Valley

The Xianju Valley Scenic Area is located in Linggong Village, Taishitun Town, Miyun District, Beijing. The scenic area is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with numerous peaks, many pools and waterfalls, and shaded valleys. The environment is beautiful. The scenic area is full of colorful flowers. Rhododendrons, peaches and plums, spiraea, wild cherries, wild chrysanthemums, azaleas… The flowers are in full bloom continuously.


There are scenic spots such as Xian Shui Lake, Anti-Japanese Cave, Immortal Pool, and Sanqing Palace. Xian Shui Lake is embedded among the green mountains and shady forests, which is pleasing to the eye. Walking forward along the path by the lake, at the end of the lake is the Anti-Japanese Cave. Further ahead is the Immortal Pool. According to legend, it is the place where immortals take baths. Following the road on the right can lead to Sanqing Palace.


Sanqing Palace was built in the Jin Dynasty and has a history of more than 800 years. It is one of the Taoist temples in eastern Beijing. On the left side of the Immortal Pool are scenic spots such as hidden waterfalls, stone gates, Tianquan, Immortal Cave, and Cherry Blossom Valley. However, the mountain road is steep and only suitable for young people to visit. Along the lake in the scenic area, there are cabins, villas, and a picking garden.


Tourists can pick fruits and vegetables such as mushrooms, mulberries, chestnuts, wild grapes, gourds, and loofahs. It is a very suitable resort for leisure and relaxation. It is also a good place to escape the summer heat.



Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 17:00 all year round.

Children: Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters in height (including 1.2 meters) are free.


Students: For minors aged 6 years old (excluding 6 years old) to 18 years old (including 18 years old), full-time undergraduate and below students enjoy half price.


Elderly: Elderly people aged 60 to 65 years old (excluding) enjoy half price.
