There are various strange rocks everywhere, such as the Tathagata’s Palm, the Open Rock, the Mushroom Rock, and looking at the Coffin Rock. The large ones stand ruggedly, while the small ones are exquisitely delicate, each with characteristics of strangeness, ingenuity, and peculiarity. Walking in the grand canyon, one can feel a mysterious, precipitous, and secluded atmosphere. In order to make Xiaohuangshan a new tourist attraction in Shaxi Town, as early as two years ago, the Shaxi Town government made preliminary plans and attracted investment for this project. Since last year, an investor from Ningbo has invested 12 million yuan to start the implementation of the Xiaohuangshan drifting project. Through measures such as excavating the stream channel, chiseling for diversion, and filling the bottom, a drifting waterway is opened up in the grand canyon full of乱石. The drifting uses the water from a reservoir upstream with a water storage capacity of 1 million cubic meters. Compared with other drifting projects in the province, it has characteristics such as beautiful scenery, large drop, and strong excitement. Therefore, everyone believes that Xiaohuangshan drifting will become the ‘number one drift’ in Zhejiang. Opening hours: From June 1st to September 30th, 13:30 – 14:40.
