Xiao Huashan is located by the Taizi River in the Mingshan District of Benxi City, Liaoning Province, and is currently one of the smallest peaks in the world. The park is divided into two sections: the East Garden and the West Garden.
The East Garden features a variety of pavilions, halls, towers, and bridges, each displaying its unique charm, along with wooden and stone structures, flora, fauna, turtles, insects, and butterflies, creating a peaceful and contented atmosphere for visitors.
