The Xiaobaicai Cultural Park is located in Yuhang Town in the west of Hangzhou. It is about twenty kilometers away from the center of Hangzhou. The transportation is very convenient. In the form of scene display, the Yang Bi unjust case is set up into thirty groups of scenes, allowing the audience to be on the scene. More than eighty life-like sculptures made of polymer materials are almost indistinguishable from the real ones. The whole unjust case is vividly presented by artistic means (with sound, light and electricity). To the east of the Xiaobaicai Cultural Park, covering an area of 250 mu and with a length of 400 meters, is a Jiangnan water street with the style of the late Qing Dynasty. There are a large number of ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, such as Wenchang Pavilion, Zhunti Nunnery, the God of Wealth Temple, ancestral halls, etc. There are also various ethnic customs displays set up in the water street.
