Xiaolajia Island is located opposite the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and is under the jurisdiction of Huizhou City. The island is small in size and has not been developed into a tourist attraction, thus preserving its natural landscape.
There are two hilltops on the island, and the waters surrounding it are abundant with pen shells, horn shells, small sea snails, scallops, mussels, pearl shells, sea urchins, and various types of fish. Corals can also be found in the distant waters from the island.
