The Xiaomei Reservoir is located in Lingshui. It is the upstream section of the Lingshui River. Construction began in January 1966. The reservoir is a homogeneous earth dam. The top of the dam is about 280 meters long. It is a medium-sized reservoir with comprehensive benefits such as mainly for irrigation and also for power generation. Surrounded by mountains and with lush vegetation, the scenery around the reservoir is very charming.
