The Guanghua Temple Ruins are located in the hillside several hundred meters south of Xiehejian Village in Mentougou District, within the ravines on the northern slope of Jiulong Mountain where ancient rural paths traverse. The temple has a long history but the exact era of its construction is difficult to verify. The original structured buildings have long disappeared. The foundation of later-built flat houses with some stone materials might be remnants of the past. Open all year round and accessible 24/7.
