The Xili Golf and Country Club is located in the scenic suburbs of Shenzhen. It is a standard golf course with 36 holes and is designed by the renowned golf course designer Nelson, Wright and Haworth. Xili may not be the most difficult course you have played, but among the four nine-hole courses A, B, C, and D, there are no shortage of challenging holes. The characteristics of Course A and Course B lie in the wide fairways and varied elevations. Hole 5 on Course A is a distinctive par-three hole. With a distance of 188 yards from the blue tee, the ball must cross a large pond to reach the green. There are also six bunkers surrounding the green. Controlling the distance is crucial when playing this hole. Course C may not be the longest among the 36 holes, but it may be one of the more difficult ones. The difficulty of Course C lies in the constantly changing elevation. Hole 1 on Course C is a 468-yard par-four hole. A long drive is an important factor in determining whether the ball can reach the green as expected. The fairway winds first to the left and then to the right, in an S shape. There is also a pond on the right about 60 yards from the green. Therefore, hitting a long ball with an iron or wood is necessary. Hitting par is already a very good score. Course D is relatively flat compared to the other three courses. The characteristic of this course is the combination of different difficulties of each hole. Generally wide fairways and greens, although it is difficult to play, the slopes are not too severe. Opening hours: Open all year round from 07:00 to 19:00.
