The cross-sea bridge of Dalian Southern Coastal Avenue is the Dalian Xinghai Bay Cross-sea Bridge. It is China’s first offshore ground-anchored suspension cross-sea bridge. The whole bridge adopts a “modular multi-directional displacement expansion device”. There will be sidewalks on both the north and south sides of the middle section of the cross-sea bridge, and they will be separated from the roadway; at the same time, since the bridge has two upper and lower floors, there will be steel escalators on the two floors to facilitate bridge inspection and passage of personnel. Open all year round and open all day.
