Xinluo Palace is located in Zhanjiang. It was built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty. Inside, there are enshrined Luoda Houwang, the Tongshi of Leimen who is conferred and sealed by the guild leader to protect the country; Xintianjun, the master of thunder and judgment of the iron pen in the Thunder Department under the leadership of the guild leader; and Zitong Dijun, the leader of Confucianism who opened up and civilized the world for nine days.
