Taiping Lake is an artificial lake in Xintiandi, Luwan District, Shanghai, China. It is named after the original Taipingqiao area. The lake surface area is 10,000 square meters. Together with the surrounding green space, it is about 40,000 square meters. There is a parking lot under the lake. Taiping Lake is adjacent to Xintiandi, a pool of still water in the downtown area. Couples often sit by the lakeside with weeping willows. Against the elegant lights, looking from afar is a very beautiful painting. In the evening, the scene of group dancing is very spectacular. The annual New Year’s Eve party is held here, gathering many stars and it is very lively. Opening hours: Open all day throughout the year.
