Xinyi Lianhua Lake Tourism Resort is located in the northern suburbs of Xinyi City, in the town of Chidong, at the junction of Guangdong and Guangxi. It is nestled among mountains and waters, surrounded by greenery and clear waters, pursuing health and returning to nature. The resort covers an area of over 600 acres and includes three main areas: Wyndham Hotel, tourist attractions, and Baiyue Food Town.

Under the three themes of ‘Capital of Nan Yu’, ‘Hometown of Longevity’, and ‘National Ecological Conservation and Construction Demonstration Area’, the resort is established as an ecological tourism, leisure vacation, and health retreat. The resort is fully equipped, conveniently located, and boasts beautiful scenery, making it a popular destination for people from both Guangdong and Guangxi to rest and vacation.

One of the sections within Xinyi Lianhua Lake Manor is themed around the journey of Baiyue culture, focusing on the culture of Gao Liang’s hometown within Baiyue culture. It tells the stories of filial piety from Xinyi, a city with a thousand-year history, and depicts the legends of the Li and Liao people in Xinyi’s history, as well as the integration of Han, Li, and Liao cultures.

The Baiyue Douzhou Town within the manor features a long cultural landscape strip along the lake and places great emphasis on the promotion of party history and education. To promote the spirit of patriotism and further advance the normalization and institutionalization of the ‘Two Studies, One Action’ learning education, the educational corridor hosted by Xinyi Lianhua Lake Manor serves as a red education corridor. Through careful design and arrangement, it has become an important window for educating students in the scenic area and has been awarded the honorary title of ‘Guangdong Province Primary and Secondary School Students’ Research and Practice Education Base’.
