The Xishan Temple is located at the eastern foot of Fengshan Mountain in Daliang, Shunde District, Foshan City. It was built around 1541. After repeated renovations in successive dynasties, the layout has been continuously improved. The temple that tourists can see today is in the pattern of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. For more than 400 years, countless skilled craftsmen have left behind splendid architectural decoration techniques here, making it a building that embodies the great achievements of ancient Chinese temple decoration. The entire Xishan Temple is built according to the mountain terrain. It now covers an area of 4,800 square meters and has a construction area of 3,700 square meters. The front hall, side halls, and back hall are all complete in structure and magnificent. Due to its long history and being located among the lush mountains and vegetation, it adds to its primitive and solemn nature.
