Yandangshan Museum is a comprehensive geological museum and an important window to understand Yandangshan Global Geopark. The museum features eight exhibition halls, including a video hall, a prologue hall, a geological heritage hall, a volcanic demonstration hall, a cultural hall, a world volcano hall, an ecology hall, and a hall for the construction and development of the geological park. It also offers youth science popularization activities and characteristic research courses. The museum is open all year round from 13:30 to 16:30.
