Yanghe Distillery Cultural Tourism Area

The Yanghe Distillery Cultural Tourism Area is located in the ancient town of Yanghe, which enjoys the reputation of ‘a town that can intoxicate the world, with nowhere in the land that does not captivate the soul’. It is a thousand-year-old town known for its brewing. Relying on Yanghe Distillery, a well-known Chinese liquor enterprise, the area showcases the traditional culture of Chinese liquor while focusing on creating a distinctive industrial tourist attraction centered around liquor brewing and tasting experiences. It was rated as a national industrial tourism demonstration site in 2006 and established as a national 4A-level tourist attraction in 2015.
The scenic area covers an area of 4.5 square kilometers, bordered by the Luoma Lake to the west, Hongze Lake to the east, and surrounded by the ancient Yellow River, the Grand Canal, and the Huai River. It boasts the National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit – the Yanghe Underground Wine Cellar, the National Industrial Heritage and Jiangsu Province Cultural Relics Protection Unit – the Yanghe Old Wine Pool Complex and Brewery Workshops.

Additionally, the famous Beauty Spring Landscape Garden, the large-scale liquor production workshop, the traditional Dream Blue Central Wine Area, the unique pottery wine storage base, and the industry-leading modern packaging and logistics center are all located within the scenic area. It is an integrated cultural tourism area that combines the history and culture of brewing, science education, and leisure shopping.
