Yangjiang City Forest Park is located on the eastern side of the city center, covering an area of more than 4000 acres. It is divided into several zones including the botanical garden, zoo, children’s activity area, and swimming area.
The botanical garden consists of coniferous and broadleaf forests, featuring over 200 species of trees such as Magnolia denudata, Magnolia grandiflora, Eucalyptus, Mahogany, Terminalia, Michelia, Acacia, Araucaria, and Pine, among others.
The zoo allows visitors to observe a variety of animals including parrots, pythons, peacocks, and monkeys. The children’s activity area is equipped with a small football field, swings, children’s swimming pool, slides, and electric trains.
The park is filled with lush green lawns and blooming flowers, offering a pleasant scenery to visitors. It is open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00.
