Yangzhi Temple, originally constructed during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty, has been safeguarding one of the three treasures of Putuo for over 300 years – the Tang Dynasty painter Yan Liben’s depiction of the Guanyin statue with a willow branch. This stele stands at 2.3 meters tall, showcasing the standing image of the great master adorned with a pearl crown and brocade robe, with beaded ornaments flowing down, holding a pure vase in the left hand, and a willow branch in the right hand, exuding a dignified aura. The opening hours and specific business status are subject to the daily opening conditions.
