Yanhan Mountain Park’s mountain trail is a place for residents to take walks, jog, and cycle. It also serves as a resting spot for the elderly and children in the neighborhood. At the heart of the mountain, there is a hill, which is Yanhan Mountain itself. There are about three to four peaks, all in their natural state without any modifications. The mountaintop features an elevated water reservoir and a pump house, some peculiar rocks, and a dense forest of trees.
Covering an area of 24.5 hectares, Yanhan Mountain Park is located at the heart of Overseas Chinese Town. Since the establishment of Overseas Chinese Town, the urban landscape has undergone significant changes, but Yanhan Mountain’s function as the ‘green lungs’ of the city has remained unchanged.
