Yanshan Park is located in the central urban area of Luojiang. With a planned area of nearly 60,000 square meters, it extends to Binjiang Road in the east, reaches the farmers’ market in the west, reaches Anda Road in the south, and arrives at Wanfa Street in the north. Visiting Yanshan Park can not only relax your body and mind but also enable you to feel the profound heritage of Quanzhou culture. Entering the main entrance in the northwest of the park, the rectangular entrance built with granite blocks comes into sight. The Liufang Stone, built with natural granite, is inscribed with “Yanshan Park”. The comprehensive service center with a sloping roof featuring traditional southern Fujian architecture will provide convenience for tourists.
After walking past the rock culture scenic wall and arriving at the leisure sports experience area, it allows citizens to engage in more sports. On the leisure square, four stylized stone columns arranged in a divergent manner are connected to the rock wall by chains. Extreme sports enthusiasts can do slacklining and rock climbing here. It also provides a place for teenagers going to the heroic monument to exercise and challenge extreme sports.

Moving forward along the leisure square, the natural history and culture area welcomes you with open arms. Visit the Shiban Gongma Temple, feel the history that took place here, experience the local residents’ traditional “Jishi Ban” ceremony, and remember the heroic deeds of the martyrs who fought against Japanese pirates.

After visiting the Shiban Gongma Temple, step onto the hiking trail. The various vegetation on both sides is pleasing to the eye. Before you know it, through the hiking trail, the highest point of the park – Zhenyan Tower is right in front of you.
