Yantai Malanshan • Wusunan Golf Club, constructed by Nanshan Group, is the fifteenth golf course located in the beautiful coastal city of Yantai, Lai Mountain District, in the central part of the Jiaodong Peninsula, just 15 kilometers from Yantai International Airport, with convenient land, sea, and air transportation networks.
Malanshan, with its strategic location, was an ancient military stronghold. Today, it still preserves the defensive fortifications such as the wolf smoke mound (beacon tower) and city walls built during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. The international championship-level Yantai Malanshan • Wusunan Course, meticulously designed and supervised by European golfer Ian Woosnam and the American IMG company of World Sports Group, is situated right here. The course is surrounded by the sea on three sides, covering an area of approximately 1.3 million square meters, with a total length of 7,228 yards. It is built along the mountains and by the sea, making full use of and integrating the natural terrain, with 18 holes, each offering a view of the sea.
