Yantai Sports Park is located in the northern part of Laishan District and is the first sports park in Shandong Province that integrates sports competition with tourism, fitness, entertainment, and trade, featuring characteristics of sports tourism. The park is equipped with a multi-functional sports hall, a swimming and diving hall, and a fitness center.
The multi-functional sports hall building can accommodate various sports competitions such as basketball, volleyball, table tennis, gymnastics, handball, as well as large-scale cultural performances and trade activities. The swimming and diving hall is divided into three sections: swimming area, diving area, and training area, capable of hosting both domestic and international competitions. The fitness center contains more than 12 types of fitness and competition projects including ball games, chess and cards, rock climbing, bodybuilding, fitness, darts, roller skating, and a physical fitness testing center.
