Yantou Ancient Village is located to the southwest of Xikou Town, approximately 11 kilometers away from the town center. Currently, there are 892 households and a population of 2426 people residing in the village. The village boasts 110 acres of paddy fields, 194 acres of bayberry, 400 acres of peaches, 4000 acres of thunder bamboo, 3000 acres of Mao bamboo, and 500 acres of flower seedlings. 13 million yuan, with a per capita annual income of about 8350 yuan for the farmers. In recent years, Yantou Village has successively received honors such as Zhejiang Province’s Historical and Cultural Village, Ningbo City’s Civilized Village, Ningbo City’s Ecological Village, Ningbo City’s Historical and Cultural Village, Ningbo City’s Agri-tourism Leisure Resort, Ningbo City’s Top Ten Greening New Landscape Village, Fenghua City’s Advanced Grassroots Party Organization, and more. In 2009, Yantou Village was also awarded the title of ‘Ningbo City’s Comprehensive Well-off Village’. The village is open to the public all year round from 08:00 to 17:00.
