Yaojiang Park primarily features plant landscapes using trees from the original nursery, including scenic areas such as Baihua Mountain, large lawns, and along the riverbanks. The park environment is clean and beautiful. Since 1993, it has hosted numerous large-scale garden activities such as flower arrangement exhibitions, camellia exhibitions, Dutch tulip exhibitions, chrysanthemum exhibitions in the golden autumn, Sichuan Zigong lantern exhibitions, and ice sculpture art exhibitions, enriching the leisure life of the citizens. Yaojiang Flower Expo Garden relies on the beautiful environment of Yaojiang Park and integrates with the entire park and existing supporting facilities. In addition to adding three new highlights focusing on science popularization, such as the singing bird garden, ornamental fish display area, and parrot performance venue, the Flower Expo Garden has specially established a flower promotion center, creating a communication platform for flower arrangement art. The once aging and outdated facilities of Yaojiang Park have been transformed into a public welfare urban theme park integrating sightseeing tourism, leisure fitness, science popularization exhibitions, education and training, and flower appreciation and purchase after renovation.
