The Yashan Scenic Area is 7.5 kilometers away from Dayu County. The landscape here is mainly waterfalls. There are mountains and waters. It is very cool in summer. It is suitable for climbing mountains and getting close to nature on weekends for leisure. The tourist trails in the scenic area are almost a straight road, not too difficult to find, and the trails are also easy to walk. Walking through the orchard and a bamboo forest, you will reach the entrance to the main attraction in the mountains, the Wolong Valley waterfall group.
From the tourist service station here, go up and visit Lianxin Waterfall, Triple Waterfall, etc. along the way. Walk through Haohanpo and enjoy the scenery of Yashan at the viewing platform. Finally, walk to Ping’an Square. Stopping and walking along the way is also very pleasant. From here, you can take the scenic area shuttle bus back to the exit. There are restaurants on the top of the mountain where you can have a meal, but the cost performance is not very high. It is better to have a meal in the county seat or bring some dry food. If there is enough time, the Lingyan Ancient Temple on the mountainside of the roadway is also worth visiting.
