Ye Ting General Memorial Park

The Ye Ting General Memorial Park is located in Zhoutian Village, where General Ye Ting, one of the founding figures of the People’s Liberation Army of China, was born and spent his early years. The park is grand in scale, featuring structures such as the Tengyun School and the Martial Arts Hall. Inside the memorial hall, numerous items once used by General Ye Ting are displayed.

The surroundings of the memorial park are tranquil, with green mountains encircling the area, and a small river flowing in front. Upon entering the park, the sculpture of the ‘White Horse General’ is visible. The former residence showcases the living environment of the general, with the school, dance practice room, and ancient well for fetching water all presented. Inscriptions from great figures can be seen everywhere.

The exhibition hall within the memorial hall uses hundreds of photographs, dozens of artifacts, and multiple scenes to comprehensively display the significant deeds and outstanding contributions of General Ye Ting throughout his life. The park is open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00-17:00; it is closed on Mondays.
