Yide Hall is currently a restored construction of a church, a distinctive product of the port era. After the opening of Chongqing as a port, foreigners settled in, establishing consulates, barracks, and churches. It is open for worship on Sundays from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, during which time visitors can enter. At other times, only the exterior can be viewed.
