Yingbin Peninsula, situated to the north of the Qiongzhou Strait, is a crescent moon-shaped landmass surrounded by the sea on three sides. The beach along its shore is expansive and soft, devoid of any mud, with azure and clear seawater. The island is unique for its combination of inner and outer bays and its rare volcanic hot springs.
Adjacent to Haikou City, the provincial capital, Yingbin Peninsula Resort extends the “17-kilometer Golden Coastline” on Haikou’s west coast, earning it the moniker of Haikou’s “Yalong Bay.” It is conveniently located 17 kilometers from the Haikou International Trade Center, a short 5-minute drive from Haikou Railway Station, and 35 kilometers from Meilan Airport. In 2011, with the inauguration of the Hainan Intercity Light Rail, a station was established beside Yingbin Peninsula, enabling a 90-minute light rail journey to Sanya.
