Yongquan Qi Great Wall is an ancient and tranquil tourist scenic area, located in Yongquan Village, Zibo City, southeast of Pu Songling’s former residence in the mountainous area of Zibo City, Zhejiang Town. The scenic area covers an area of more than 300,000 mu, with an elevation of over 500 meters, surrounded by mountains on three sides, and has a history of more than 3,000 years. Inside the scenic area, there are dozens of historical sites built on the basis of the path Meng Jiangnu once took to find her husband, including the Meng Jiangnu Landscape Avenue, Qi Great Wall Ruins Protection Park, Meng Jiangnu Former Residence Memorial Hall, Meng Jiangnu Cultural Park, Damo Hall, and Sun Bin’s Resting Horse Hall Buddhist Cultural Area. There are also several natural landscape groups such as Shengquan Dragon King Temple Landscape Group, Centennial Ancient Tree Group, and Buddha Sitting Holy Mountain, as well as the largest outdoor survival expansion base in central Shandong, Shuanglong Valley Qi Soldier Camp Outdoor Survival Expansion Training Base. The scenic area also has Yongquan Mountain Villa Leisure Resort Area and Shimo Fang Qi Great Wall Original Ecological Food Production Base, allowing you to fully enjoy the original ecological gifts that nature brings to us. The entire scenic area is planned to be nearly ten thousand mu, among which the Qi Great Wall Protection Area is one of the core scenic areas, covering more than 1,000 mu, including Qi Great Wall Cultural Park, Qi Great Wall Ruins Protection Park, Qi Great Wall Museum, Qi Soldier Camp Expansion Base, Sun Bin’s Resting Horse Hall, Qi State Idiom Forest, and Qi Great Wall Cultural Avenue, Meng Jiangnu Former Residence Memorial Hall, etc. The TV series ‘Ma Xiangyang’s Rural Diary’ was mainly filmed in Yongquan Qi Great Wall Scenic Area, lasting more than 90 days in Yongquan, and was completed in September 2013. The broadcast of the TV series has also made this mountain and water ecological tourism area a new destination for ‘weekend tours’ for residents of surrounding cities.
