The Yu Nan Boundary Stone, also known as Yu Nan Boundary Marker, was erected in 1902 to signify that Lantau Island was leased to the British. It is located at Gou Chong Ridge, with the longitude of 113 degrees 52 minutes east inscribed on its base, clearly indicating the boundary of the New Territories. The site is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
