Yuan Exploration Museum

The Yuan Exploration Museum in Zhejiang is an interactive science and art exploration space specially designed for children. Located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, it covers an area of 8,000 square meters and is divided into four floors. There are more than 20 themed exhibition areas, covering many fields such as science, mathematics, nature, humanities, art, and drama. This exploration museum was created by a group of international education practitioners over a period of ten years.

It aims to cultivate children’s exploration and thinking abilities through interactive experiences and exploration activities. The design concept of the Yuan Exploration Museum emphasizes that ‘playing’ is the core of learning. Through various experiential equipment such as a 16-meter climbing frame, exploring the mystery of light and shadow in Plato’s cave, and experiencing the water cycle through the water journey, children can learn and grow in fun.

The Yuan Exploration Museum is not only a learning space but also a parent-child paradise suitable for the whole family to visit. There are catering services in the museum, including a coffee shop, a cloud corridor afternoon tea area, and Yuan Restaurant, providing visitors with a comfortable rest and dining environment. In addition, the Yuan Exploration Museum also offers a wealth of educational activities.

In general, the Yuan Exploration Museum is a comprehensive place integrating education and entertainment. Through its unique educational concept and rich interactive experiences, it aims to stimulate children’s curiosity and creativity and cultivate their exploration spirit.
