The former site of Yunbo Department Store is located on Wu Ma Street in present-day Lucheng, built in 1927. It was constructed after entrepreneur Xu Shuyu and architect Zhou Chengfa visited major companies in Shanghai. The building covers an area of 3,700 square meters, primarily consisting of three to four floors with partial five-story sections, and features a reinforced concrete structure. The layout maximizes street frontage, making it a typical marketplace architecture in Wenzhou before the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
