Yunguan Pass is located at the foot of Mount Wu. After passing through the stone gate and ascending more than 500 meters, one enters a narrow and perilous path with over 160 stone steps, flanked by cliffs on both sides.
At the top, a stone beam spans to form an archway, 30 meters high and only 4 meters wide, historically known as the ‘Stone Gate Tower’. A poem by a predecessor states, ‘Hundreds of miles surrounding the Yan Mountains, the stone gate is naturally set, no need for a barrier’. Above the cave entrance, there is a cliff inscription that reads ‘Southeast Barrier’. The mountain shape here is peculiar, and the situation is critical. The top of the rock is entwined with vines and shrubs, and there are scenic spots such as the Heavenly General Peak, Toad Peak, and Sea-Gazing Lion on both sides. Opening hours and business status are subject to the daily opening conditions.Yunguan Pass
