Yunshe Songtao: Hainan Chinese Village, a tropical pastoral complex, is located adjacent to Songtao Tianhu, covering a total area of 5000 acres. It focuses on tropical agriculture, tropical landscapes, and branded products, combining the simple natural beauty of farming with the Chinese Zen philosophy of returning to simplicity and introspection. It aims to create a pastoral retreat that embodies a lifestyle of ‘harmony with the world and oneself,’ serving as a harbor for the soul to rest. Currently, the first phase of the project is open for business, featuring the Xihe Tropical Fruit Theme Park and Songtao Academy Homestay.
Xihe Tropical Fruit Theme Park is an agricultural paradise themed around ‘tropical fruits.’ Visitors can tour the fruit plantations, engage in fruit picking, and enjoy fruit-themed rural games. The tropical fruit theme pavilion, with a distinct guiding style, selects four tropical fruits that have changed the course of history, revealing their past and present through immersive interactive experiences, as well as their impact on human evolution.

The 5D holographic projection hall tells the story of a coconut’s journey, highlighting the resilience and will of tropical fruits and the transformative changes they have brought to humanity, refreshing your perception of tropical fruits.

Songtao Academy Homestay, the eighth gold-rated homestay in Hainan Province, is hidden amidst the mountains and forests. With star-level facilities and warm-hearted services, it was awarded the title of the eighth gold-rated homestay in October 2021 and has become a leading internet-famous homestay in Hainan. The architectural form of the homestay is a creative transformation based on the traditional Hakka roundhouse, striving to create a natural space that blends ecology and art, leisure and relaxation.
