Yunting

Yunting in Hangzhou is a hexagonal square column stone pavilion. Built in 1920, it was originally the tomb of Xu Bing’ao, a famous calligrapher and poet of inscriptions on ancient bronzes and stones in Lingnan. Xu’s courtesy name is Zouyun. Hence, the pavilion is named after Yun. There are mountains and waters stored in the carved stones in the pavilion, called Yunquan.
