Yunyang Mountain is located 2.5 kilometers west of Chaling County. It is the highest peak in Chaling County and the main scenic spot. As a famous mountain in eastern Hunan, its majestic and beautiful scenery is second only to Mount Hengshan in Nanyue. And every July, pilgrims who go to Mount Nanyue to burn incense have the habit of worshipping at Yunyang Mountain first. Therefore, Yunyang Mountain is also known as ‘Little Mount Nanyue’.
Opening hours: Open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00. Preferential policies: For the elderly: Free admission for those aged 65 and above with senior citizen card or ID card.
