As one of the three famous springs of West Lake, Yuquan has always been a renowned place for tea tasting and sightseeing. The pavilions, towers, and buildings surrounding Yuquan used to be elegant leisure spots by the West Lake. After the new construction, Yuquan features a large window frame upon entry, behind which lies a courtyard with a piece of lake stone and several green bamboo poles, forming a natural bamboo and stone painting. The garden is composed of several courtyards, separated by corridors and white walls, giving a sense of deep courtyards. The springs within the garden, such as Yuquan and the ancient Pearl Spring, are clear and translucent. Especially the Pearl Spring has a series of pearl-like bubbles rising, which is very interesting. Visitors can come here to appreciate the clear springs and explore ancient buildings, making it a good tourist destination around West Lake. The opening hours and business status are subject to the actual opening conditions of the day.
