Yuwen Bridge is located at the end of the water in Zhoubian Village, Luoyang Town, situated at the gap between two mountains. Ancient towering trees surround the bridge, with the elegant Yuwen Bridge nestled among them, resembling an exquisite Song Dynasty painting.
The bridge was originally constructed in the 19th year of the Daoguang Emperor (1839), and it is a stone arch wooden corridor bridge with three layers of pavilions, all featuring upturned eaves and corners, and a calabash top on the ridge, presenting a rich and graceful design.
Unlike other corridor bridges, the sides of the bridge are not sealed with wooden boards but instead adorned with finely crafted lattice wood carvings, making it appear more delicate and refined.
Opening hours: The bridge is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day.
