Yuxian Palace stands at a height of 38 meters, with a length of 50 meters and a width of 40 meters. It is structured in four levels, incorporating ancient architectural elements such as large eaves, earth-colored dougong brackets, and nine-colored dougong brackets. The palace is adorned with blue glazed tiles and nanmu wood windows and doors, exuding a solemn and elegant aura.

Inside the temple, the statue of the Goddess Yuxian stands at 8.8 meters tall, surrounded by four subsidiary sculptures representing the deities of wind, harmony, rain, and prosperity. The temple also houses a stele from the fourth year of the Jingde era of the Song Dynasty, inscribed in both Han and Liao scripts by Zhang Wei of the Song Dynasty. This is one of the oldest temple steles, along with several steles from the early Qing Dynasty, as well as stone cats and stone lions among other cultural relics.

The construction of Yuxian Palace has created a marvel in modern history of transportation, carving, and architecture, attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually. It is open to the public all year round from 07:30 to 16:00 daily.
