Yuyao City Art Theater, located in Zhejiang Province, came into existence in August 1998 through the merger of three distinct entities: the original Yuyao City Yao Opera Troupe, the Yuyao City Yue Opera Troupe, and the Longshan Theater of Yuyao City. Functioning as a state-run professional art group, the theater encompasses a range of activities, including drama creation, performance, and the reception of both domestic and international art performance groups, making it a multifunctional art theater.
