Zengjiang Gallery, as its name implies, is a continuous natural landscape painting on the Zengjiang River. The starting point is the Chuxi Water Conservancy Hub Project and the end point is at the Huxin Island scenic area, with a total length of about 40 kilometers. Zengjiang Gallery is composed of the east and west banks. Carefully create more than ten tourist scenic spots and nodes along the line, such as Chuxi Sports Park, natural sandy beach swimming pool, Hezhizhou, Guangzhou Asian Games dragon boat race venue, Lijiang Park, Qiaotou Greenway Comprehensive Service Area, Liantang Chunse rural greenway and farm park, Baihu Water Township, He Xiangu’s ancestral temple, Xiaolou Renjia and Huxin Island. Through the transformation and beautification of the riverbanks and the improvement of the water environment along the line, a large number of flowers and trees blooming all year round are planted along both banks. With the reflection of the Zengjiang River water, it creates a beautiful scenery of ‘A river of spring colors intoxicates tourists, and flowers on both banks look at Lixiang’. Approved by the Ministry of Water Resources, Zengjiang Gallery has become one of the eleventh batch of national water conservancy scenic spots in China. It is the only water conservancy scenic spot in Guangdong Province in 2011 to win the title of ‘national water conservancy scenic spot’. Zengjiang Gallery takes the Zengjiang River as the main line, and the bicycle leisure greenway is distributed along the coast. The natural forest belts, fruit and forest manors, ecological countryside, ancient buildings, post stations and shopping spots on both banks reflect strong Lingnan characteristics. Tourist infrastructure such as road signs and warning signs along the way is all available, forming a fairly large-scale water system landscape belt and public welfare leisure and fitness area. Open all year round and open all day.
