Zhejiang Linyan Ancient Ceramics Museum is a private comprehensive museum. It collects more than 10,000 cultural relics of various kinds. It took more than 20 years and the preparation alone lasted for four years. The museum is rich in collections, especially ancient ceramics and miscellaneous items as the essence. In 2007, it was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs as a provincial-level private non-enterprise unit. After being examined and approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, Zhejiang Linyan Ancient Ceramics Museum was established. The museum has ten exhibition halls in total: stone carvings, Xishengtang, folk customs, furniture, treasures, calligraphy and paintings, miscellaneous items, Wuzhou kiln, ancient pottery, and ancient porcelain. The collections in the museum are cleverly integrated with the entire architectural style and complement each other. Opening hours: 9:00 – 16:00 (closed on Mondays). Must-see tips: 1. Visit civilizedly. Chasing, making noise, and loud talking are prohibited in the museum. Smoking, littering, and spitting are prohibited in the exhibition halls. 2. Audiences with limited mobility and potential diseases need to be accompanied by others to enter the museum for a visit. 3. Drunk people and those sloppily dressed are refused entry. 4. Dangerous goods and pets are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibition hall. Large luggage or items can be stored at the storage area. Valuables should be carried with you. 5. Take good care of public facilities. Do not touch various exhibits at will. Do not climb or lie down. 6. Observe public order and obey the on-site guidance of museum staff.
