The Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hall is located at the foot of Baochuan Mountain in Hangzhou City, by the West Lake, at No.9 Shengfu Road, and was completed and put into use in 2002.


The complex covers an area of over 80 acres, with the main building stretching 138 meters from north to south and 136 meters from east to west. It is composed of three parts with different volumes: the South Building, the Central Building, and the North Building, with a total construction area of 58,500 square meters.


The interior mainly consists of six functional areas: the main auditorium, international conference hall, city meeting rooms, banquet hall, and catering and entertainment facilities.


The outdoor environment is primarily made up of the Civic Square, Cultural Square, and Ceremonial Square.


The main function of the main auditorium in the hall is to hold conferences, and it can also accommodate ballet, symphony, large variety shows, as well as various professional dramatic vocal performances.


It is open all year round, 24 hours a day. The interior is not open to the public, but the exterior architecture can be visited at any time.
