The Zheng Chenggong Memorial Hall is located within the Riyueyan Scenic Area. The hall is divided into seven sections, exhibiting over three hundred pieces of cultural relics, materials, photographs, sculptures, and models related to Zheng Chenggong, providing a systematic display of his life and achievements.
Built within the Xilinnan Villa, the villa itself is a renowned historical building on the island. Zheng Chenggong is a celebrated national hero from the late Ming and early Qing dynasties in China. He reclaimed Taiwan, which had been occupied by Dutch invaders for 38 years, and is revered as the ‘Pioneer Saint King’. The memorial hall houses over 400 historical relics concerning Zheng Chenggong, complemented by multimedia presentations, offering insights into his life and his struggle for national independence, safeguarding national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national dignity.


Opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 08:30 to 16:45; closed all day on Mondays throughout the year.
