Zheng’s Mansion is located opposite Yapojing Front Ground on Macau Street in the local area. It is the former residence of thinker Zheng Guanying and also a representative of the only remaining courtyard of private residences from the Qing Dynasty in the local area. The mansion not only has Lingnan characteristics but also has high humanistic value. The main housing area of the mansion is mainly composed of two courtyard-style buildings.
The characteristics of combining Chinese and Western elements are reflected everywhere in the architecture. Zheng’s Mansion is located on the side of Macau Street. It is a courtyard-style large house. Along the direction of Macau Street, the building is arranged in sequence with the gate building, the servant quarters building, and two parallel courtyard-style buildings behind the main gate tower.Opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 all year round, from Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday.
